The KSEB Officers Federation, formerly known as the Kerala Electricity Officers Federation, is a pioneering organization formed in 1994 to safeguard the welfare of the Engineers and Officers of the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL).

Over the years, the Federation has played a crucial role in the day-to-day development of KSEBL, acting as a strong advocate for the adherence to rules and regulations, and representing the interests of its members in front of Board Management and the Government of Kerala when needed. Notably, the Federation was the first organization in Kerala to oppose the Electricity Act 2003, conducting seminars to highlight its merits and demerits, and bringing these concerns to the attention of Members of Parliament and the State Assembly.

Affiliated with the All India Federation of Electricity Employees (AIFEE), the Federation operates with a national perspective while maintaining a strong focus on the issues affecting its members. In 2022, the organization changed its name to KSEB Officers Federation for meeting some technical requirements, and continues to actively protect the rights of its members and contribute to the progress of KSEBL. The Federation remains committed to promoting unity and fostering meaningful discussions among its members to address key issues in the energy sector in national and international scenario.
